By using the Dumpsters Sarasota website or requesting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including rentals, quotes, and customer support.
Service Use
Rental services are provided for lawful purposes only. Users must not misuse containers by overloading them, placing prohibited materials, or using them for non-waste purposes.
Pricing and Billing
Prices are based on container size, rental duration, and location. Additional fees may apply for overweight containers or extended use. All charges are clearly stated before confirmation.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery windows are provided at booking. Delays due to extreme weather or unforeseen site conditions may occur. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials, liquids, electronics, tires, and medical waste are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in delayed pickup, additional fees, or service termination.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing the dumpster, ensuring access for delivery vehicles, and not obstructing public spaces or sidewalks during the rental period.
Liability Limitation
Dumpsters Sarasota is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper loading, or failure to comply with disposal regulations. Customers assume full responsibility for their use of the rental.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to pricing, availability, or terms will be posted on the website.
Termination
We may terminate service for violations of these terms. Customers will be notified of violations and given a chance to correct them before action is taken.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any others.
